AALTO

AALTO is a Finnish designer brand, created in Paris by Tuomas Merikoski. It has a new approach to the feminine wardrobe playing with masculine details, proportions, comfort and elegance with a strong fashion aesthetic. It’s inspiration comes from exploring the diversity of the modern Finnish culture by reinterpreting its traditional DNA, and its blend of harmonious contrasts.

(NEW) COURRÈGES

The house’s first runway show in 13 years,  marked the debut of Sébastien Meyer and Arnaud Vaillant as artistic directors of women’s wear Courreges (They are also the Creative Directors of Coperni) . They hit the reset button by showing 15 designs in 15 fabrics on models in white ribbed bodysuits.

MELITTA BAUMEISTER

New York–based Melitta Baumeister presented her 3rd collection during Paris Fashion Week using hybrid materials to express her directional vision—cotton bonded with jersey lent surprisingly rigid form to wide trapeze-shaped pants, and spongy rings encircled the waist and armholes of a cropped top.
